104. Listing of units of AIFs, which are established in another member state or third country, in a secondary market operating in the Republic

AIF units of an AIF established in another member state or a third country, can be listed in a secondary market operating in the Republic, provided that the obligations and procedure for the marketing of AIF units in the Republic are complied with and followed.
