3.9. Fund's Life

In accordance with the provisions of the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company, the existence of the Fund shall continue for unlimited duration unless otherwise specified by the Management Shareholders. The Management Shareholders at their absolute discretion may limit the duration of the Fund under certain circumstances. Each Investment Compartment shall continue for unlimited duration unless otherwise specified by the Manager and provided for in the relevant Supplement. The Manager at its absolute discretion may limit the duration of an Investment Compartment as may see fit. The extension or limitation of the Fund’s life cannot be effected without the prior notification to CySEC.
