5.10 Facilitation Fee

Pursuant to the Facilitation Agreement between any Investment Compartment and the Facilitator, the relevant Investment Compartment shall pay a fee for the facilitation services provided as specified in the relevant Supplement.

Unless otherwise determined in the relevant Supplement, the Facilitation Fee is a percentage calculated on the Subscription Price of each Subscription Application of the relevant Investment Compartment.
