112. Supplementary provisions.

The provisions of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission Law regarding the supervisory authority of the Securities and Exchange Commission, its power to collect information, to carry out investigations and inspections, to impose penalties, to cooperate with other competent authorities and bodies of other countries and, in general, all its powers, responsibilities and duties pursuant to the said Law, shall apply supplementary to the supervision exercised by the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
