17.3. Information to Potential Investors

Potential Investors prior to any subscription of Units in any Investment Compartment shall be made available the following documents: 

1.  the Offering Memorandum;

2.  all Supplements; 

3.  the Memorandum and Articles of Association; and 

4.  the Annual Report.
