PETROS ZOGRAPHOS - MEMBER OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

Mr. Petros Zographos shall be a general voting member of the investment committee of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd. The official title of Mr. Zographos is “Voting Member” and Mr. Zographos shall report directly to Mr. Panos Marcoullis who is the process coordinator of the investment committee of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd. 

Mr. Zographos shall, to the best of his ability, advise GMM Global Money Managers AIFM Ltd., which is the external manager of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd., on the degree to which the investment process was adhered to as regards the construction concerns of immovable assets under consideration for acquisition by Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd. Mr. Zographos as a voting member of the investment committee in essence acts as a member of an advisory board, having no executive authority to enact decisions of any kind.

The value added by Mr. Zographos falls under (a) his capacity as a Project Manager on such mega-projects as the Formula 1 racetrack (circa 2008, valued at €1.5bln) as well as (b) his involvement as a Cost Control Engineer on such highly visible projects as the Limassol Casino (ongoing) and the Limassol Marina (circa 2012), the renovation of the International Airports of Larnaca and Paphos (circa 2011), as well as several renovation projects under the auspices of UNOPS within the walled city of Famagusta.

Mr. Zographos is a graduate of the North West London University College (class of 1979) with a BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying. He was certified as a Chartered Surveyor by RICS (circa 1980) as well as being certified as a qualified arbitrator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (circa 1982). Mr. Zographos is a card-carrying member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber as Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager & Arbitrator.

In the past 5 years Mr. Zographos may have entered into business relationships or had counterparties which moving forward as a voting member of the investment committee of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd. those engagements shall need to be disclosed as conflicts of interest.

This includes and is not limited to the legal entities: Iacovou Brothers, Lanitis Group, Aphrodite Hills, Leptos Estates, Cyprus Development Company, Caramontani Group, Church of Cyprus, Bank of Cyprus, the Mall of Cyprus, Hippocrateon Hospital, European University and Logicom Group.
