4.6. Investment Restrictions

There are no investment restrictions related to the Investment Policy of the Investment Compartments, other than those set by CySEC directives, Section 15 of the AIF Law of 2018 and any restriction provided in the Supplement of any particular Investment Compartment. In addition, the Investment Policy of the Investment Compartments will be subject to subsequent restrictions that may be imposed by the Manager or by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
