Transfer and retention of personal data.
78.-(1) The Commission, on the exchange of personal data with other competent authorities, shall apply the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of Individuals) Law. (i)
(2) The data referred to in subsection (1) shall be retained for a maximum period of five years.
