This investment compartment is attributed an allotment of 200,000,000 Euros of the total fund target capital to be raised.

It can include the sale-leaseback of real Estate projects regarding Energy Hubs and Planned Projects (energy related goods and services relating to production, distribution and price negotiation and settling). This investment compartment is attributed an allotment of 250,000,000 Euros. It includes up to 5 projects of 50,000,000 valuation each or it can be up to 2 projects of 125,000,000 each.
