5.11. Investment Advisory Fees 

Unless otherwise determined in the Supplement of each Investment Compartment, the Investment Advisors or Investment Committee (if any) are entitled to receive an advisory fee. Such fee shall be determined by the Manager noted in writing in the Investment Advisor agreement or the Investment Committee regulation. In the event the Investment Advisory Fee is higher than 1% per annum of NAV of the Investment Compartment it shall be documented in the relevant Supplement of the Investment Compartment.
