12.9. Notification of Transaction
Provided the subscription proceeds is in clear funds and all documentation required have been received, a confirmation letter will be sent to the Investor (or its nominated agent if so requested by the Investor) by ordinary post, electronic mail or facsimile as soon as reasonably practicable after the relevant Dealing Day, providing full details of the transaction. In the event of any Banking delay and for the purposes of closing the subscription promptly, the Manager may approve a payment as in clear funds although a banking procedure may not be completed yet.
