113. Power to issue directives.

(1) Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Law regarding the issue of directives, the Securities and Exchange Commission may issue a directive for any matter regulated by this Law which requires further regulation or specification.

(2) The implementation of directives issued by virtue of this Law is obligatory for persons to whom they are addressed; any violation of the implementation of a directive constitutes violation of the provisions of the article by virtue of which the directive was issued.
