STEPHANE FISSENTZIDES - MEMBER OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

Mr. Stéphane Fissentzides shall be a general voting member of the investment committee of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd. The official title of Mr. Fissentzides is “Voting Member” and Mr. Fissentzides shall report directly to Mr. Panos Marcoullis who is the process coordinator of the investment committee of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd.

Mr. Fissentzides shall, to the best of his ability, advise GMM Global Money Managers AIFM Ltd., which is the external manager of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd., on the degree to which the investment process was adhered to as regards the construction concerns of immovable assets under consideration for acquisition by Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd. Mr. Fissentzides as a voting member of the investment committee in essence acts as a member of an advisory board, having no executive authority to enact decisions of any kind.

The value added by Mr. Fissentzides falls under (a) his capacity as the runner-up for the 2018-2019 Athens Anaplassis Competition for his work on the revitalization of the “Historical Triangle” of Athens (Keramikos, Omonoia and Syntagma) as well as (b) being the first place finisher in the European Property Development Awards Competition for 2019-2020 held in London UK for his work on the “Salt Lake City” mixed use development project of Quality Group. Mr. Fissentzides is an expert on addressing the urban, architectural and socioeconomic approaches to sustainable change.

Mr. Fissentzides is a graduate of the School of Architecture and Fine Arts of E.A.P.V.S. / E.N.S.B.A. in Saint Germain, Paris, France (Class of 2005) having been awarded his DPLG (equivalent to a Bachelor Degree) in Architecture. Mr. Fissentzides is a card-carrying member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber as an Architect Engineer.

In the past 5 years Mr. Fissentzides may have entered into business relationships or had counterparties which moving forward as a voting member of the investment committee of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd. those engagements shall need to be disclosed as conflicts of interest. This includes and is not limited to the legal entities: APOEL FC Ltd. (Board of Directors) and Quality Group (Architect). Mr. Fissentzides is an outspoken critic of the urban planning of the Nicosia Municipality. A full list of potential conflicts of interest is available upon request.
