136. Minimum level of assets of a RAIF.

When the external manager of the RAIF is an AIFM, the RAIF shall comply with article 14, regarding the minimum amount of assets raised by investors∙ in relation to the valuation of its assets, the provisions of article 20 shall apply, to the extent that they do not conflict with the provisions of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Law.
