CHRYSSIS PETOUSIS - MEMBER OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

Mr. Chrysanthos Petousis shall be a general voting member of the investment committee of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd. The official title of Mr. Petousis is “Voting Member” and Mr. Petousis shall report directly to Mr. Panos Marcoullis who is the process coordinator of the investment committee of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd.

Mr. Petousis shall, to the best of his ability, advise GMM Global Money Managers AIFM Ltd., which is the external manager of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd., on the degree to which the investment process was adhered to as regards the construction concerns of immovable assets under consideration for acquisition by Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd. Mr. Petousis as a voting member of the investment committee in essence acts as a member of an advisory board, having no executive authority to enact decisions of any kind.

The value added by Mr. Petousis falls under (a) his capacity as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager on the Southern Conveyor Project which transferred water from Kouris to Achna dam (circa 1985) as well as his involvement as Project Manager on the Limassol-Paphos highway project (circa 1995) and (b) his involvement as a Chief Executive Officer of Cybarco Ltd. on the €1bln project at the New Doha International Airport (Qatar) which involved a joint venture.

Mr. Petousis is a graduate of the University College of London (Class of 1977) with a BSc (Honours) degree in Civil Engineering. Thereafter he was certified as a Chartered Engineer by the Institute of Civil Engineers (circa 1985) in the field of Civil Engineering. Mr. Petousis is current and card-carrying member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) as a Civil Engineer.

In the past 5 years Mr. Petousis may have entered into business relationships or had counterparties which moving forward as a voting member of the investment committee of Cygnator Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd. those engagements shall need to be disclosed as conflicts of interest.

This includes and is not limited to the legal entities: CEO of Cybarco Ltd., CEO of Lanitis Golf and Consultant for Atlas Pantou Ltd. A full list of potential conflicts of interest is available upon request.
