116. Submission of information regarding the AIF.

The external manager or the AIF, in case it is internally managed, shall submit to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the information and data, specified in a directive issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission, regarding the AIFs of the Republic or of another member state or of a third country under its management.
