5.9. Consultancy Fee

Pursuant to the Consultation Agreement between any Investment Compartment and the Consultant, the relevant Investment Compartment shall pay a fee for the consultation services provided as provided in the relevant Supplement.

Unless otherwise determined in the relevant Supplement, the Consultancy Fee is a percentage calculated on the Total Capital Raising of the relevant Investment Compartment.
