10.4. Limitation of Liability

The Administration Agreements may provide that the Administrator shall not be liable for actions taken in good faith and in the absence of fraud, wilful default or gross negligence while performing its duties hereunder. Each Investment Compartment reserves the right to change the administration arrangements and/or, in its discretion to appoint additional or alternative administrator(s). The Administrator has no decision-making discretion relating to any investment.
