12.6. Contribution-in-kind

An Investor is allowed to subscribe to the Investment Compartments by contributing consideration in kind related to the Investment Policy. The respective Capital Contribution of the Investor will be assessed on the basis of at least one report from an independent valuer approved and appointed by the Manager. The value of the capital contribution shall not be less than the Minimum Subscription Amount fixed by the Manager.
