3.1. Fund Structure

The Company incorporated under the Companies Law, Cap. 113 on 21/11/2019, with registration number HE404338. The Company is registered with CySEC and operates as an umbrella Alternative Investment Fund with separate Investment Compartments, in the form of a limited liability company by shares as an open-ended investment company of variable capital as provided in the AIF Law or in any other law which replaces or amends it.
