5.7. External Audit Fee

Each Investment Compartment shall be allocated the Audit Fee, paid by the Fund for the provision of auditing services to the External Auditor of the Fund. The fee payable to the auditor will be specified in the agreement to be concluded between the two parties in accordance to the services to be provided.
