Entry into force.

88.-(1) This Law shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), sections 44, 45, 46, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 65 of this Law shall enter into force on the latest of:

(a) the date of publication of this Law;

(b) the date specified by the delegated act adopted by the European Commission pursuant to paragraph 6 of Article 67 of Directive 2011/61/EU, regarding the entry into force of Articles 35 and 37 to 41 of Directive 2011/61/EU.

(3) Sections 47, 48 and 66 of this Law shall cease to apply on the date specified by the delegated act adopted by the European Commission pursuant to paragraph 6 of Article 68 of Directive 2011/61/EU, regarding Articles 36 and 42 of Directive 2011/61/EU. (i)
