142. Enabling provisions.

(1) Without prejudice to other powers granted to the Securities and Exchange Commission by this Part, the Securities and Exchange Commission may, by means of a directive, regulate any technical issues and details regarding the operation of RAIFs.

(2) The implementation of directives issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to this Part is obligatory for persons to whom they are addressed.
